Zhi Photography Service offers photography, videography, and media editing services.Additional services may be available upon request.
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a reservation for our services, clients must contact the photographer/videographer and agree on a date, time, and location for the session. Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement between the photographer/videographer and the client.
The client may choose between two payment options:
a. Payment in Full: The client agrees to pay the total service fee upfront.
b. 50% Deposit: The client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total service fee upon booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% balance for the services shall be paid in full prior to the delivery of the final edited photographs and video(s). The photographer/videographer reserves the right to withhold the delivery of photographs and video(s) until full payment has been received
Client is responsible for providing accurate contact information and promptly responding to communication regarding scheduling, preferences, and other arrangements related to the photography session.
Zhi Photography have the right to use the client's photographs/videos solely for the purpose of showcasing the photographer's work and promoting our services. The client's privacy and confidentiality will be respected at all times, and their photographs/videos will not be used in any inappropriate or disrespectful manner. Clients who wish to opt out of having their photographs/videos used for portfolio and promotional purposes may notify us before the event.
Zhi Photography delivers the final edited photographs and video(s) to the client within the agreed timeframe, or otherwise within 14 days after the balance payment is fully paid, excluding public holidays, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. The final edited photographs and video(s) will be delivered to the client as digital files, which will be stored for at least 90 days from the delivery date. The number of photographs and video(s) delivered will be specified by the photographer/videographer. Any request for additional photographs or video(s) may incur additional charges.
The client agrees to treat the photographer and any assistants or staff members with respect and professionalism throughout the duration of the photography session. If children or pets are included in the photography/videography session, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and cooperation of all participants, including children and pets. The client acknowledges that delays caused by tardiness or failure to cooperate may result in a shorter session or fewer photographs than originally planned. The client understands that the quality of the final photographs may be affected by factors such as client cooperation, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer's control. While the photographer will make every effort to deliver high-quality photographs, the client acknowledges that some variation may occur.
The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any participants, including children and pets, during the photography session. The client agrees to take reasonable precautions to prevent injury or damage to themselves, other participants, or property during the session.
In the event that either party is unable toperform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond itsreasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, naturaldisasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions,pandemics, or other unforeseeable events (hereinafter referred to as"Force Majeure Events"), the affected party shall be excused fromsuch performance to the extent and for the duration that such performance isprevented or delayed by the Force Majeure Event.
This agreement constitutes the entireunderstanding between the photographer, and the client regarding thephotography services outlined herein. It supersedes all prior agreements,understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to thesubject matter of this agreement.Zhi Photography reserves the right to amend ormodify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changeswill be effective immediately. It is the client's responsibility to reviewthese terms periodically for updates.
