We understand you're excited to receive your photos, and we appreciate your patience.

Our goal is to deliver your final edited photos within two week of the photography session, excluding public holidays, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you need a specific photo urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Editing and perfecting your images for the best color, contrast, and exposure requires time and care.

The 50% deposit helps us secure your photographer's slot, ensuring no one else can book the same time. Since our photographers have busy schedules, this deposit also helps reduce the impact of last-minute cancellations.

We appreciate your understanding, as once we've confirmed your booking, we reserve that time exclusively for you and do not accept any other shoots for that day or period.

You'll receive your photos as digital files, delivered through Google Drive. These files will be stored for at least 90 days from the delivery date, ensuring you have ample time to download and back them up.
